Karen Dougherty was exceptional at selling my house. I was selling a house in another state, so Karen was my “eyes and ears” on the ground. It was important to sell the home quickly and Karen made that happen (52 days listing-to-closing). Communication (email and phone) was fantastic, as it enabled me to always maintain situation awareness, even though I was a hundred miles away.
